My daughter and granddaughter were treated terribly on their trip to Lancaster pa from Tampa. So disappointed.

Change departure date when my Husband was I'll and it's too too cold

I will never ride the train again because it's too cold not on time and late getting to the town or city you are going and there is no food cart everything is microwave and the prices are out of this world and some of the passagers are coughing and squeezing all over the place so that is it for me and my Husband no more

The Worse Customer Service

Tried calling customer service 7 times each time I was advised wait time over 30mins got disconnected each time. When I order my ticket I wasn't informed that I would be paying for a bus that takes me to the train so I missed my trip. Now I'm going to see if they will reschedule after I was told my ticket was canceled.

Worst customer service ever

I bought a ticket from amtrack for a bus. But I tried to board at a different station. The driver didnt accept the ticket. The customer service agent is extremely rude. I didnt know that I couldnt board at a later station but they could have atleast explained it to me nicer.

I was on hold over 1 hour trying to get my e ticket sent to me.

I paid for my tickets and the. They transferred me to another number so I could give them my e mail address so my e tickets could be sent. No one ever came on the line. They said a 30 minute wait. I waited for over an hour and no one came on. They got my money and I never got my e ticket. This is ridiculous. Sorry service

Firstly, the website is overloaded with images and unnecessary graphics making navigation very frustrating. It seems to be impossible to book tickets from the UK and their contact form doesn't work.

My diabetic dads food got stolen in front of a red cap very poor service

My dad just traveled from n.c to mass disabled so he had a red cap the red cap agreed to watch his things well he went to the bathroom when he returned all his food had been stolen so as a diabetic he was very sick from not eating from Washington to boston mass his name is walter pratt it's just not right any questions please feel free to call me. ken 191********

I have booked a amptrack ticket for Saturday but due to some reason I had to cancel my reservation. But still, I didnt receive any refund for my cancellation.

Their automated service is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! T

THE AUTOMATED REPEATEDLY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND MY RESPONSE, THE SERVICE KEPT CUTTING ME OFF IT RECEIVED THE INFORMATION BUT WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT. I HAD TO CALL 12 TIMES OVER TO JUST PAY FOR MY TICKET. I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THEIR AUTOMATED SERVICE.

Just let peoples know ( not really pissed off)

Not passed off, just try to inform who plan to ride with Amtrak, Amtrak kind of like auto mechanic rip customer off, lots time when that happen they still in business, why? Cause they are plenty customers, you will be treat as sec class citizens when u ride Amtrak,if u complaints ,good chance you will get kick out of train, even your complaints is legit. Top down issue, they still have lots customers need ride with train, guess what , they will never treat peoples decent till they start have lots empty train, and unfortunately it very unlikely happen!

I booked three times online and the reservations didn’t go through, even though I got a notification saying that my trip was confirmed and that an e-ticket would be issued to my email address.

I booked online, paid for the reservation, got a notification on the website saying that my trip is confirmed and that an e-ticket would be issued shortly. I didnt receive anything and was subsequently informed by Customer Service (when I called them) that there was no reservation under my name for any trips. This happened two times.
