I recently retired from an amtrak call center.....my comment is in all my working career I can say the call center office is the worst working environment I haved had.....Amtrak is truly an awful employer........they enforce 97.2 daily productivity.....Inhumane....they also practice an unfair double standard with agreed employees..........I just think It's time for Joe Boardman to resign..........Everyone on public phones hates their job....very bleek and extreamly stressfull.....The company likes to say they are in "tune" with call center agents....far from the truth..Amtrak unfair to agreed employees.....................Retired Agent................

Reason of review: employee well being.

Preferred solution: A publicly funded entitiy should not be treating front line call enter agents.....less than management.............
