Amtrak - Not enough space to write what I want

Wrote nice long detailed information about what happened how crummy getting hold of Amtrak is and how nice the lady was finally when I got to talk to somebody which took over an hour and then after I get done writing all this it says oh can only be 255 characters so you better not write what so you can't write what you want it doesn't want to know once like someone sentence deal who knows. My suggestion to Amtrak was to try to get a price themselves without telling them who they are and find out how disgusted if you want to go by a train you ain't gotthey'll get over trying to find prices or any other information
User's recommendation: If you're going by train you have no choice.
Preferred solution: Sorry there's not enough room in this box to write what I need to write so I'm not even going to try again..
Amtrak Pros: Only train in town.
Amtrak Cons: Getting a hold of some prices are a real person to talk to, Websites out there want to charge your money to talk to amtrak.
