TRAIN WAS SUPPOSED TO GET IN AT 7.15PM CENTRAL TIME DIDNT GET IN UNTIL 11.PM. NO HELP FROM SERVICE PEOPLE AND BRO IS NEARLY BLIND.

JUST BAD SERVICE AND HELP DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHERE TRAIN WAS. BAD COMPANY FOR HELP IF U NEED HELP. HE WAS JUST PICKED UP BY FRIEND. THEY R ALSO GIVING GUY FROM POLAND RIDE TO NEW BRAUNFELS.

TO FIND HOTEL. THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN.

AMTRACK NEEDS PEOPLE AT STATIONS TO HELP TRAVELLERS WHEN TRAINS ARE LIKE 4 HOURS LATE. I AM SO MAD AND WAS SO WORRIED AND TALKING TO PEOPLE AT AMTRACK JUST A WASTE OF TIME.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: So bad, No help for disabled persons, Late trains, Lack of help for disabled persons and attitude.
