The train arrived 15 minutes late to Penn Station, then stopped at DC for an engine switch.A mile from DC, the engine broke and they spent two hours fixing it.

We ended up going back to DC to pick up a new conductor, while they promised us that we would make up the time. We are now being told that our 18:00 arrival time has been delayed until 02:00. Even though the train is meant to go to Miami, we are told that we are delayed because planes are being canceled in LA. What does that even mean?

There is no communication, customer service is not helping, and the only apologies they've given is a bowl of beef stew.This is ridiculous.

This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Amtrak. The most disappointing about amtrak train service at Amtrak was delay, bathrooms and all Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

Sounds almost likecmy. Complaint..only mu walker was misplaced..i was going south on 97 to Orlando.i hope i get my walker or im fdim am on set income.hoodluck
