The lady who served the food seen to customers walk up to order and totally ignored us and when I ask was anyone working there she yelled at me don't u see me talking and made us wait another 5 min and then took my order totally rude slamming the microwave door shut and giving me my food with total disrespect but what she didn't know is I was recording the whole time

Just paid full fair for Amtrack LA To San Diego. Once moving they informed us they would be loading us on buses since they were doing repairs. I could have taken a bus for a fraction of the price or driven for even less. No wonder Amtrack is going broke. Will never take it again

I am riding the amtrak bus today to Sacramento that is going to connect with a train going to suisun city. I took the bus leaving from redding California. The bathroom has no hand sanitizer no paper Towels and no toilet paper. There was also vandalism on the mirror and drawn on the wall.

Bought a lower level seat because Im disabled. Amtrak #28 from PDX to Shelby, MT Female conductor refused to seat me in lower level. She yelled at me for stating my disappointment about the probably that I might fall trying to climb train stairs. Made me step aside. Told the ticket agent to cancel my ticket. I had to find a way home at 11pm via Greyhound! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AMTRAK MAKES DISABLED PEOPLE FEEL LIKE A TRAIN WRECK!

Coaster Tickets Review

Details
Attempted to board train 772 at Solano Beach Station going southbound. Conductor Mitch refused to allow us to board with a Coaster ticket and screamed Amtrak does not accept coaster tickets at me and my wife, contrary to the subsidy agreement etc. very embarrassing and inconsistent as we travelled from SD to Solana Beach with big smiles from amtrak crew mcgeebee@msn.com

My family and. I,barley heard the conductor. Announce our destination, old towne San Diego, we gatherd our things ,we got down the stairs,the doors were closed, the attendent radioed in, ther was more people exiting,conductor replyed he didnt hear the attendent, plus ther was othe people,also at the doors, to exit.had to go back on the trolley, losing an hour of our travel, terrible experience, my grandsons first train ride, the conductor was very rude, we put all our trust. the minute we step in the train, and this was the out come, i confronted the conductor, he said we had 1 minute and a half to get from top to bottom,to exit,, never apolgized, just. Rude, clearly he didnt care about his title of representing Amtrak, Ruined Fathers Day, if the conductor dosent like his Job ,then why be ther, Conductor name He proudly said "Victor Dagostno " He should be ashamed of himself! What hurt the most,was how disappointed my grandsons. Faces when they saw how we were being treated, if your a parent or grandparent,then u know what im talking about. Sad train ride,

Class action law suit by everyone.Bottom line Amtrak runs an inhuman system and gets away with it.SAD

Amtrak kicked a disable woman off the train in Tucson Az.After she was verbally attacked by about six other passengers which made false allegations about the woman being to loud.The woman simply returning from the dinning cart area the lady could not see she said wow it's dark in her feeling her way back to her seat one passenger said out loud I thought they would've been kicked off the train by now do to the past 2 hours or so she had not returned to her seat.As soon as train arrived in Az.It was shift change the conductor from Tuscon now getting ready to take over his shift had never been on train prior to what had happened he simply walked up to the lady and said you need to get off my train response she asked why she was told we don't want you here the lady said i'm not getting off your're going to have to call police on me in which conductor did she say's you have to give me a reason you can't do that and where is all this coming from what did I do conductor lied an said your were talking from Los Angeles to Az. this woman may have said five words. My point is she should have been asked what happen just like the group of people that were travailing together in that group.After getting kicked off one woman said I should have never went along with this because that woman never did anything to us.

They were just treating the passenger the way they do their bmwe employees! Amtrak is one sided and They do what They want, when They want.

Of course the police escorted her off the property, because Its amtrak police and they do what the company tells them to do! They do not care about anyone!

Its sad and Its wrong.
