Yikes! If you are a regular traveler and looking for an alternate to air travel (as i WAS)...this is not it.
Sure, you get more leg room...but you also get horrible interaction with conductor staff (specifically train 97, absolutely horrible customer service method). They apparently "assign" a seat as you board...and heaven forbid you move to an empty one, its the end of someones world...not sure if it comes from not being able to handle change or not wanting to deal with customers...in either case, I would argue its time to find new work.
