Amtrak - Traveling from Union Station/New Orleans, my husband and I enjoyed our experience with the Crescent except we noticed the dirty windows as a distraction. Is it possible to clean these windows.

If possible, clean/clear windows would definitely be "a feel better feeling!" Thanking you, in advance Mr./Mrs. Passenger again heading to New Orleans to visit our family

You mean to tell me that with all of the money that you paid for your sleeper car that the Amtrak folks couldn't make sure that it was clean? That should have issued you a full refund of your money.

I'm guessing if you're wasting time posting on a message board, you don't have the juice to get a corporate office to do anything for you.

Amtrak - Customer convenience

FM Kissimmee Fl to Tampa & back. Froze going. Sitting area dirty. Bathrooms stunk, nasty. Never new where you were or what town you were passing thru!. Returning the snack car was 5 cars away. Why not every car have something available or every other car have vending machines or something. 5 cars - ridiculous. No customer convenience at all and this was just a 1 day trip, can't imagine traveling farther or with children. Snacks would sell in every car are you kidding. Why provide Amtrak service if you can't have some customer convenience. You'd make more money with it.

THATS FUNNY. YOU HAVE A DAY ON TRAIN AND TOO LAZY TO walk up to cafe car? suppose you would rather be stuck in a cramped seat in an airline where you an barely move at all.
