Amtrak - Change form of payment

Hi i ordered an item from y’all and y’all failed to tell me part of it was back ordered, until i called and question my charges now that’s its being back ordered i need to change my form of payment . How do i go about doing that??

First, please don't consider this "Poor Customer Care" since your complaint involves other passengers and not the Amtrak crews. Amtrak did not provide you poor customer service, your fellow travelers lose all sense of respect and courtesy once that cell phone goes up to their ear.

I see it too, and it's really annoying. Amtrak used to have a rule about being loud. That rule has since been revoked and it is permissible to make pretty much whatever noise you wish...with one exception. The Quiet Car.

I praise the crews that enforce the Quiet Car. Many occasions, people have sat in this blessed haven of quiet and started yapping away without even considering that they are in a silent sanctuary. Once, the Conductor came in and reminded someone that they were in the quiet car and had to exit if they wanted to use their phone. The person agreed but once the conductor left, he started chatting it up again.

Just to get the point across, I hit him over the head with my walker. I told him that the nice man had just told him politely to shut the **** up.

Yet another delay. Over an hour with no information other than “train is delayed “. How about giving a reason as well as an estimated time of departure?

After hearing about the young college student abused in California, I will no longer use Amtrak. While you can’t control passengers, the choice to not investigate this aggressively as a hate crime is unconscionable. I will choose to take my business elsewhere unless immediate action is taken. I think that Amtrak should issue a sincere apology and also give you triple your money back for having to go through all of that. You would think with all of the money that they charge for their tickets that they would be able to hire someone whose sole job is to make sure that the restrooms is always nice and clean.

Amtrak - 24/7 Delays

Right now I'm sitting at the station been here waiting for over 3 hours going on four. The Crescent train is late coming out of Atlanta heading to Philadelphia. The most irritating thing about all of this is that every time I have taken this train it's always delayed by 3 hours or more on the return trip. Due to this it will be my last time riding Amtrak. I would rather go Greyhound at least they are pretty good about getting you home on time.

Something tells me it's you not them...Typically people who start out a post by flashing a card(e.g. age, disability, gender, race and the ever popular vet )are entitled and want more than the cost of their ticket and have the crappiest of attitudes.

Coach car smelled like *** for the entire trip from Los Angeles to Chicago. Not the fault of Amtrak, just nasty people who don't care enough about personal hygiene to shower and put on clean clothes before traveling. The car attendant tried and tried to cover the smell with air freshener, but you can't spray people. Its disgusting that people travel smeling like hot garbage.
